Established in 2006, EC2 (enterprise commercial condos) is a leading developer and manager of commercial office and industrial space in the Metro Atlanta area. We offer customers the opportunity to either lease or own our commercial condominiums. Our management team draws on over fifty years of real estate development, construction, and management experience.

EC2 is not the typical development company; we have an interest in helping clients grow their businesses and personal wealth. With this in mind, we educate prospective Buyers on the benefits and costs of commercial ownership to help them decide if ownership right for them and their business needs.
